What do whips, chains, leather, other assorted bling, toys, as well as comics, anime and animation, and mixed media all have in common? I have no idea, but you’ll find them all at the OddCon exhibition. The dealer room will be open for your perverse perusal, but please do not lick, bite, or mount the exhibits.

Booth Rates for 2010
Standard booth rates for 2010 is $100. This is only the 10×10 space that vendors will be allowed and does not include tables, drapes, or other structures in order to keep this convention as affordable as possible for all participants involved. We will provide each space with two (2) chairs, a wastebasket, and open header sign. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tables, shelving structures, kiosks, or whatever else is needed. Each space will also have access to electrical hook ups and WIFI is free in all common areas.
Tables and other Extra Amenities
In order to keep the convention as affordable as possible for all parties involved, tables and electricity will be offered at an additional fee. You can save this fee by providing your own tables. Tables may be rented from the Doubletree Westshore for an additional $15 and electricity will be another $25.
Requests for tables and exhibition space must be received before August 31, 2010 to ensure enough time for reservations, estimates, and availability.
Artisan/PR Tables Exhibition space for artisans, authors and is available in limited quantity. These tables can also be used for interviews, podcasts, book signings and other press functions. These are available for $80 for the weekend or $40 per 4 hour time slot. Because of their location, these tables are not secure and therefor cannot have standing merchandise. Payment (deadline Sept 15)
Payment can be done either through Paypal via vendors registration website, or by check/money order through snail mail. Under no circumstances do we accept any payment of any form on-site at TAMPA BAY ODDCON. Dealers who have not paid for reserved tables by September 15,2010 may be subject to an added $25 (per purchased dealer space) holding fees, or the release of the booth for resale. Vendors who purchase tables after September 15 may do so at the normal rate ($100) plus the late registration/payment fee, an additional $25 per booth. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RESERVATION.
Booth Configuration
Dealers are welcome to configure their dealer space as they see fit, adding additional shelves, tables, kiosks, etc. as long as there is no interference with other dealers or Doubletree Fire Marshall standards (see attachment). If more than the allotted 10×10 space is needed, dealers will have to purchase a second 10×10 space at the same ($100) fee.

NOTE: Extra accommodations are provided by the hotel and third party sources for an added fee and are not covered by the booth price. The TAMPA ODDCON is not responsible for covering these extra costs for vendors nor for making arrangements with vendors for setup. ODDCON and ODDCON staff will do everything possible (within reason) before and at the convention to expedite the process.
